Types of Animation

There are many different types of animation that are being used and being created today, but here are some of the main ones.

1. Traditional animation

For this animation, one doesn't use technology to animate but instead the good old fashion version of pen and paper. 

1. 2D Vector-based animation

For this animation, vector based images are used to create the animation, this animation is mainly done with photoshop, animate, and after effects.

1. 3D computer animation

This animation is computer based using 3D models to create animation. The models are made on the computer then put into different poses of keyfames instead of drawing them.
