The Incredibles 2: Mirage back story

With the internet and entertainment industry going crazy for the very, very long awaited Incredibles 2, people are still curious about one important character from the first movie, that we still know almost nothing about: Mirage. Her name itself means she is not real but something of the imagination. So I stumble across a video about this interesting character's backstory to she who she really is and how she became Mirage, because in the first movie she said " According to the government neither one of us exist", she must have been apart of society before but some type of incident changed that giving her a whole new life and name. The comics show that she worked with Elasta girl before and was a well trained spy but is not a super. Instead she is a spy that use to work with supers but was turned to the evil side by Buddy.
